Welcome to SAAN. This Billing Terms & Conditions agreement governs the financial transactions and payment processes on our website www.richsain.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Methods Accepted

We aim to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience. We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

2. Currency and Pricing

Currency: All prices on our website are displayed and processed in USD or based on your IP address.
Price Transparency: The price displayed on the product page is the final price of the item. Any applicable taxes (such as GST/Sales Tax) or shipping costs will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout before you finalize your payment. No hidden surcharges will be applied.

3. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. SAAN uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal and payment information.

We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
All transactions are processed through Level 1 PCI-compliant service providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).
A portion of your purchase (1%) is dedicated to our wildlife conservation partners via Virtue.

4. Order Verification and Authorization

Once you click "Pay Now" or "Complete Order," your payment method will be charged immediately. We reserve the right to verify any transaction to prevent fraud. If we suspect unauthorized use of a payment method, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment source.

5. Billing Discrepancies

If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact our support team immediately at import@richsain.hk. We commit to investigating and resolving any discrepancies within [3-5] business days.

6. Shipping and Delivery Charges

7. Returns and Refunds
