At SAAN, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Where do we ship from? We are a Hong Kong-based creative brand, [Richsain/SAAN], dedicated to original wildlife street art. To provide our global customers with the most efficient service and to reduce our carbon footprint, we utilize a made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) business model.

This means your unique items are printed and crafted only after your order is placed. We partner with professional production facilities located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Depending on your shipping address and item availability, your order will be dispatched from the facility closest to you to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Estimated Fulfillment Time: Since each item is custom-made, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia, US, Canada, UK

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • The shipping method selected

  • The size and weight of your order

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia, US, Canada, UK: 7–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, or peak shopping seasons.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

SAAN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
SAAN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
